IncludiaTrust is a grassroots-driven organization founded to address educational inequity, livelihood gaps, and systemic barriers facing India’s most marginalized communities. We combine teacher professional development, open-access research and publishing, health and livelihood awareness, and community legal advocacy to create holistic change. Our team includes educators with over a decade of field experience, a dedicated advocate supporting legal rights awareness, and a growing network of 600+ active community members working together to ensure every learner can learn, belong, and become.

Founder & CEO | Education, Research & PublicationsBackground:
Master in Education from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, specializing in project-based learning, inclusive curriculum design, and educational policy analysis.
I founded IncludiaTrust because I believe every learner—regardless of gender, caste, ability, or postcode—deserves not only knowledge but also belonging and agency. Our motto, “Learning. Belonging. Becoming.”, isn't just a tagline; it’s a promise:

Kundan Kumar
Program Lead | Livelihood & Mental HealthBackground:
Master's in Development from Azim Premji University with specialization in health systems, policy, and community interventions. Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Archaeology from Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak.
Expertise:
Mental health support and psychosocial care
Community-based rehabilitation and reintegration
Tribal studies and grassroots fieldwork
Health systems analysis and policy implementation

Mariwala Health Initiative: Conducted case documentation at Koilwar Mental Hospital, Bihar; facilitated family reintegration through home visits; resource mapping with government stakeholders
