We implement evidence-based inclusion through Action Research. We transform schools into inclusive sanctuaries through our STEP program and provide mentorship to every marginalized learner.
Our Strategic Path
Cultivating the Inquiring Mind
We reject the banking model where students are passive recipients. Instead, we build Agency and Ownership in both teachers and students. We utilize contextual TLM and peer-learning to transform subjects into real-life schemes, documenting every stage of the learning journey to ensure mastery.
Scientific Temperament
We focus on Bloom’s Taxonomy, pushing students beyond rote memory toward analysis, evaluation, and creation. Our mission is to foster a critically thinking society with a scientific temperament, where students are not just consumers of information but active Creators of Knowledge.
The School as an Entity
We see the school as a Dynamic Organization rather than a concrete building. We partner with school management and committees to evolve pedagogical practices. Through curriculum co-creation and real-time monitoring dashboards, we scale excellence across primary and upper-primary levels.
Smart-Empowered Classrooms
We support schools in the daily use of Smart Boards and Computer Teaching as pedagogical tools. We provide teachers with online and offline resources for lesson planning, workbook creation, and assessment apps, ensuring that technology serves the teacher-researcher model.
Stakeholder Synergy
We organize and lead SMC Meetings to ensure school development is a shared vision. By engaging community members and parents in the pedagogical journey, we create a supportive ecosystem where stakeholders are active partners in the child’s higher-order growth.
Nurturing Diversity
We provide mentorship and Scaffolding for students from varied social backgrounds, including those at risk of substance abuse. We renovate classrooms into colorful, TLM-rich sanctuaries, treating every student “in a good way” to build resilience and academic confidence.

Our Collective Philosophy
Grounding our organization in academic rigor and deep grassroots experience, we have pioneered models where teachers act as classroom researchers. Led by our founder, Priyaranjan Kumar (M.Ed, Azim Premji University), we reject “one-size-fits-all” instruction.
We believe in finding and treating every student “in a good way.” Our work, including the acclaimed Forest Case Study, proves that even in low-resource environments, a combination of scientific temperament and contextualized support leads to extraordinary success.

Led by our foundational research at classroom, we have committed a decade to building classrooms where education is a sanctuary of belonging.
Our expertise in Project-Based Learning and inclusive curriculum design allows us to treat every student “in a good way,” adapting teaching methods to meet the unique neurodiversity of every learner. We are here to ensure that the “inner light” of every child is nurtured and celebrated.
