The Constitution
The Supreme Law. This document defines the rights, duties, and powers of every citizen in the school.
Article I: Citizenship
Section 1. All registered students are citizens of the Student Body.
Section 2. Rights of Citizens:
- Right to Vote: Every student from Grade 4-8 has one vote.
- Right to Speech: Freedom to submit ideas via the “Voice Box”.
- Right to Safety: Protection from bullying and unfair treatment.
Article II: The Parliament
Section 1. Composition: The Parliament consists of the Head Boy/Girl (Executives), 11 Ministry Heads (Cabinet), and Class Representatives (Legislature).
Section 2. Sessions: Parliament meets on the last Saturday of every month.
Section 3. Quorum: 60% attendance is required to pass any bill.
Section 4. The Veto: The School Principal holds veto power over decisions affecting safety or finance.
Article III: The Election Code
Section 1. Method: Elections are by Secret Ballot only. Show of hands is prohibited to prevent peer pressure.
Section 2. Eligibility: Candidates must have 75% attendance and no major disciplinary record.
Section 3. Campaigning: Bribery (giving gifts/candy) results in immediate disqualification.

1. Ministry of Library
M.LIB- Recess: 2 Ministers monitor silence.
- Check returned books for damage immediately.
- Re-shelve books according to Dewey Decimal/Genre.
- Saturday Book Hospital: Repair torn pages with tape.
- “Book of the Week”: Select one book to display on the main stand with a review card.
2. Ministry of Water
M.H2O- Leak Patrol (08:30 AM): Check all taps. Log leaks.
- Cooler Duty (Lunch): Ensure students don’t spill water while filling bottles.
- Check drainages for blockage.
- Water Audit: Measure wasted water from one leaking tap for 1 hour. Present data in assembly.
- Clean “Drinking Water” signage.
3. Ministry of Meals
M.FOOD- Hygiene Gate: Check hands for soap smell at cafeteria entry.
- Queue Mgmt: Seniors served last to help juniors.
- Zero Waste: Monitor dustbins for excessive food waste.
- Clean Plate Award: Count how many students finish 100% of food.
- Menu Feedback: Collect complaints/suggestions about food quality.
4. Ministry of Peace
M.PEACE- Buddy Bench Watch: Ensure no child sits alone on the bench for >2 mins.
- Recess Patrol: Identify bullying or exclusion in playgrounds.
- Mediate minor arguments using the “Peace Script”.
- Kindness Confetti: Stick positive notes on random desks.
- Peace Log: Record resolved conflicts (without names) to track school mood.
5. Ministry of Health
M.HEALTH- Morning Check: Nails, Hair, and Uniform cleanliness during assembly.
- Sick Bay: Report students looking unwell (head down) to teachers.
- Toilet Hygiene: Check cleanliness twice a day.
- First Aid Audit: Check if Dettol/Bandages are available.
- Hygiene Score: Grade each class on cleanliness. Announce winner.
6. Ministry of Environment
M.ECO- Energy Police: Switch off fans/lights in empty rooms.
- Water Plants: Ensure classroom plants are watered.
- Waste Segregation: Check wet/dry bins are used correctly.
- Plastic Hunt: Clean playground of plastic wrappers after lunch.
- Compost Check: Maintain the school compost pit.
7. Ministry of Assembly
M.ASM- Mic Check (07:55 AM): Ensure sound system works.
- Line Discipline: Ensure students stand in straight lines height-wise.
- Lead: Conduct Prayer, Pledge, and Anthem.
- News Reader Selection: Audition students to read news.
- Thought of the Day: Prepare a quote for the week.
8. Ministry of Sports
